For the sake of not being too confusing I'm going to use the female connotation for Loki.
Loki Laufeyson is a malicious, manipulative, cruel, villainous, cowardly, jealous, and thus forth individual. Loki holds very little love for others and little love for herself, she is a narcissistic individual that relishes in chaos, confusion, mayhem, and misrule. These attributes shine through Loki's various plots for reign over her fellow Asgardians: mostly Thor, Balder, and Sif. Loki had disregard toward her family, as seen as she had plotted them against one another numerous times and was successful many times in manipulating a few of them for her own gain.
Being a narcissistic she holds both love and hate for herself, she craves adoration, admiration, worship, recognition, to be feared and to be loved–– and then she despises love, being told of her value, being judged, being scrutinized. Loki would rather be a Monarch for all, to make her rules even if they must change from one day to the next. She would and will manipulate others for her gain, she will use those even whom devote themselves to her. Growing up Loki had always felt such a detachment from those around her, Asgard her realm and home, her family who was not really her biological family but adoptive. Being brought up with these feelings Loki had quickly set herself apart from those around her. They showed a young Loki cruelty, the lessons Odin would have taught Loki were taken with strife and only hardened her heart toward family.
Loki has had lovers (without commitment) in the past, sired many children, even given birth to some in a female form to others. Some were to even accommodate the "family", and these feats were appreciated little, in her eyes. Thus bitterness does come in mind when the thought of creating a "healthy" family, she knows not one to have example by and would not know where to even begin in means to make one for herself. There is even a rumor in which says that Loki is the father of Hela herself, Hela is the reigning force of Hell, her domain–– the damned and departed. Loki doesn't hold close ties to her children, but she does call upon them when in need of them as she has often enlisted the services of Hela, her rumored child.
Loki's life ambition is to best her brothers, establish renowned respect and honor to her name, to claim Asgard and to rectify her godliness amongst all creatures beneath her. She has very little regard to human life, has no love for mortals, and will really only involve concern for them if they hold some sort of value to her plans. Loki has carelessly sat beside burning mortals (A, B, C, D), killed them, tortured them, etc. Loki has no qualms about life of others, regardless of their stature, be they gods, mortals, celestial creatures, etc, she has ruthlessly killed and with a bitter note for the last moments of their lives. If she can spite, she will.
The Lady Loki is a sexual being, as noted of her many offsprings, she has in her form the body of a beautiful woman–– and you need not tell her that she is beautiful, for she knows it and she uses her ego and confidence to seduce opportunities for her favor, she will use any tool to her disposal be it physical or magic.
